The creator, author, publisher, and any associated individuals or entities (“Provider”) expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or reliance on the Program. By using the Program, you release the Provider from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, arising from its use.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While the Program is designed to support advanced skill development in calisthenics, individual results will vary depending on a range of personal factors including baseline fitness, effort, consistency, injury history, and genetics. No outcomes or skill achievements are guaranteed.

5. Not for Minors

This Program is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 without the supervision and approval of a qualified guardian and physician.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials in this Program are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without explicit written consent.

7. Modification and Termination

The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Program at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider resides, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

By using this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use or distribute the Program.
