Congratulations. You’ve reached Elite level of calisthenics. Only a select few reaches this level of strength. National Institute of Calisthenic certifies those who are distinguished in the fitness industry. Your elite athletic achievement should be recognized and awarded.

National Institute of Calisthenics is a non-profit organization founded by Sang Woo Lee who founded NIC with the philosophy of making education and innovation accessible to everyone. Lee had a vision to combine fundamentals of exercise science and calisthenics principles to produce a program that optimizes achieving elite level of calisthenics performance. As a Calisthenics Performance Professional, you’ll be recognized in the fitness industry for high-level athletic performance with the certified knowledge of applying science-based performance training in calisthenics.

All donated proceeds goes to the organization to help continue to provide this education and training to the public and continued refinement and research to keep the science up to date to provide the best possible education that is free to all people. Of course not many reach this level of performance. So the ones that do donate the National Institue of Calisthenics are the heroes of battled through the gauntlet to preserve this organization.
